In this attic apartment on Sigtunagatan in Stockholm, Azul Olive Honed has been used for the countertop and backsplash in the kitchen. The countertop has been given a mitred edge for a thicker look, and its dark grey-green tone meets light fluted fronts and wooden details. The same material returns in the fireplace – the porcelain stoneware is completely heat-resistant, which makes it just as suitable around the fire as in the kitchen.
